Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SEBS/NJAES

The SEBS/NJAES Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion as core values in our work, interactions, and planning. Central to our ability to function as a community of learning and research is practicing respect for each other, developing a culture of belonging, and ensuring a commitment to each individual's dignity.

As a member of the SEBS/NJAES administrative leadership team, the Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will amplify our focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and the community we engage with in our work as outlined in the SEBS/NJAES Diversity Action Plan. The Associate Dean will also serve as the SEBS/NJAES representative on key campus committees and efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
